Once the admission is confirmed and fees are paid, no refund will be provided for any reason including withdrawal, dismissal, or absence.
Fees once paid for any term, quarter, or academic year cannot be refunded even if the student discontinues or leaves the school mid-session.
In case of non-acceptance of admission, fees paid will not be refunded.
The school reserves the right to adjust any excess payment toward future dues, but cash refunds will not be issued.
Parents/Guardians are advised to carefully review all terms before making payment as all transactions are final.
This policy applies to all types of fees including admission fees, tuition fees, examination fees, and any other charges.
